Online Bookings and Promotion Packages

1- Our Service

This website has been created and operated by Q&E Online Travels. We act as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. Although we do our utmost to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free, nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information. The prices on our site are highly competitive.

2- Your Booking

After you have made a booking, you will receive an automatically booking notification from our website and your booking request will reply within 48 hours by our reservation department. Once the booking request had been confirmed we will send you the booking confirmation and debit/ credit card guarantee form together. When you completed the credit/debit card guarantee from, please send it to the hotel directly by fax or email address stated in the form.

3- Services excluded in your booking

The total cost of your booking made through this website is not included as following:

- Transfers between airport or other arrival stations and your accommodation property

- Excursions and other personal expenditure

- Additional charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in hotels or apartments that are not stated to be included in your booking. However, unless stated otherwise, all taxes, service charge and breakfast are included in the price. - Charges that accommodation establishments or apartments may make for facilities such as cots, parking, minibus services, sun beds, sauna, tennis courts and equipment, porters etc.

4- Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children: Child prices and other conditions relating to children are agreed upon you made a booking with Angkor-travels.com that information provided by each hotel and stated in the system of booking.

Extra Beds: Some accommodation providers have twin or double bedded rooms that will accommodate a third bed. Details on any supplement and/or discount applicable where a third bed is to be occupied by an adult can be obtained from the accommodation provider. Accommodation providers may have no, or limited numbers of, extra beds so the ability to provide a third bed will subject to availability.
Any request for an extra bed must be made at the time of booking and if the accommodation is unable to meet any such request, neither Angkor-travels.com, nor the accommodation provider, will have any liability to you in this respect.

5- Privacy

Angkor-travels.com uses our standards and respects your privacy. Please read our privacy policy for further information.

6- Credit/debit card guarantee

Hotels require credit/debit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Angkor-travels.com will send you with attachment of the Hotel Credit/Debit Card Guarantee Form after your reservation have been confirmed by our reservation department. When you make a booking, you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. Angkor-travels.com will not obtain your credit card details upon your booking had confirmed and your completed credit/debit card information will send directly to the reserved hotel by yourself in order to secure your credit/debit card details. The hotel will not charge your Credit/Debit Card Guarantee unless your reservation failed into the hotel cancellation policy.   

7- Payment Details

After signing the Hotel Credit/ Debit  Card Guarantee Form, it mean that you allowed  the Hotel to block the total amount of your accommodation expense from your Credit/ Debit Card stated in your booking confirmation until the date of check-in. Refer to Number (2), you will pay for your stay at the hotel.

There is no charge, no fee to use our booking service for hotel reservations.

8- Booking Cancellation

Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel will charge you a fee which in most cases is the equivalent for a one night stay and Angkor-travel.com will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever. The hotel might cancel your booking by returning to you and our reservation department in case you failed to provide to the hotel of your credit/debit card guarantee in an appropriate period.

9- Complaints or issues with your accommodation

In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems with your accommodation please inform the accommodation reception staff or management immediately, to enable them to take appropriate action.

Should you not be satisfied with the solutions offered, please contact Angkor-travels.com Customer Services, whilst you are at the accommodation, and we will offer all reasonable assistance to try and rectify the situation to your satisfaction. Please contact us at  +855 92 36 56 86

Angkor-travels act only as an agent for the accommodation provider and therefore cannot accept any liability for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any accommodation provider. Your contract for the accommodation is directly with the accommodation provider concerned.

However, in the event that Angkor-travels is found liable on any basis whatsoever in relation to your booking our maximum liability to you if Angkor-travels is found to have been at fault in relation to any service that Angkor-travels provides as agent for the accommodation provider concerned (as opposed to any service provided by the accommodation provider for whom Angkor-travels.com is not responsible) is limited to the cost of the booking in question.

Angkor-travels is not be held liable for death, injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, theft, delays or any other irregularity which may arise, whether directly or indirectly, from the supply of services by the accommodation provider or other suppliers and which have been contracted via this system.

Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels, for this reason, the hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this information. Hotels can alter the information about their hotel such as prices and availability at any moment. We can therefore not guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information. Package Tours

Warmest welcome from Q&E Online Travels, We wish to inform you that your reservation had been made from Package Tours are entered to the Terms & Conditions as following:

1- Your Reservation

After you have made a booking, you will receive an automatically booking notification from our website and your booking request will replied within 48 hours by our reservation department. Once the booking request had been confirmed we will send you the booking confirmation with details and request you to make a deposit. Please see Deposit & Payment

In the event the accommodation booked or requested is not available; every effort will be made for an alternative in another accommodation of similar standard. In case of the above hotel is not available, a similar one will be replaced.

Please inform us during booking if there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining room and so on. Your email will be quickly replied on but such requests are subject to confirmation and availability. 

The booking should be made 30 days prior of hotel or tour departure and please note that rate included Christmas Eve and New Year Eve. 

2- Cancellation

For cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred. The hotels generally have a 21 days notice of cancellation policy.

3- Amendment

For each amendment down made after a booking has been confirmed, an amendment fee of USD 10.00 per person will be charged. 
An amendment fee does not constitute a transfer to another tour whereby an administration fee of US$10 per person will be levied in addition to the amendment fee.

4- Extension of Stay

Extension of stay/deviation may be permitted and subject to maximum validity and restrictions of air ticket, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the passenger's responsibility to hold firm confirmation for their return flight. 

When extension of stay /deviation can not be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the group's arrival date, passenger is deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. 

In the event that the original arrangement has been changed by the Company during the process, any extra cost will be borne by the passenger.

Extension of stay/deviation will be at passengers own expenses & transfer to airport will not be provided.

The air ticket issued is a special ticket, restricted to a specific airline only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-refundable & non-re routable. Any alternation in routing or dates by passenger is solely at their own risk. The Company and its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expense incurred. No refund will be made for any unused air ticket, accommodation, meals, or sightseeing in part or full.

5- Deposit/ Payment

The 50% deposit or full payment of tour fare per person is required upon booking confirmed. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of reservation and or a forfeiture of deposit.

Full prepayment or 50% by bank remittance must be received at least three weeks before commencement of services. (Bank Charge Fee Excluded with Rate)

6- Child Policy & Other Terms

Tour Group: For group tour of full paying 15 pax and above, one (01) tour leader is given full complimentary on double sharing basis.

Child Fare:
-
Infant of 2 years old and below sharing same room with parents (no charge)
- Child of under 12 years old and sharing same room with parents (charge 60%)

Child of under 12 years old and sharing same room with parents with extra bed (charged 70%)

Eligibility:

Below 12 years (on the date of departure) 
- Child fare is based on sharing a room with two adults. 
There will be an additional cost for child sharing one room with adult.

Complaint: Any complaint/claims must be made in writing within 2 weeks after services have been rendered. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint/claim which is not so made.

Refund: Tour members should be aware that the Company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After a deposit or full payment is made, all arrangements are still subject to confirmation, when the arrangement cannot be confirmed the Company will endeavor to notify passenger at least 3 weeks before check-in and a refund to payment of tour fare will be made accordingly, if the tour is cancelled within the stipulated time frame within the Cancellation and Amendment Policy. The Company shall not be liable for any further responsibilities.

7- Travel Document Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy. Please ask your nearby travel agent or speak to your own insurance broker for any assistance of travel insurance.

Own Travel Document: Passengers must possess a valid passport (at least 6 months) and are responsible for obtaining necessary visa etc., prior to arrival. Check with nearby travel agent for other countries' visa requirement and to obtain Tour Orders (vouchers) for the whole package tours.

8- Liability

Q&E Online Travels acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport-operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Q&E Online Travels is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists including those occurring outside touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tour implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions.
