1- Your reservation:

After you have made a booking, you will receive an automatically booking notification from our website and your booking request will reply within 48 hours by our reservation department. Once the booking request had been confirmed we will send you the booking confirmation and debit/ credit card guarantee form together. When you completed the credit/debit card guarantee from, please send it to the hotel directly by fax or email address stated in the form.

2- Payment and rate: All rates are inclusive of all Taxes, Service Charge & Breakfast. After signing the Hotel Credit/ Debit  Card Guarantee Form, it mean that you allowed  the Hotel to block the total amount of your accommodation expense from your Credit/ Debit Card stated in your booking confirmation until the date of check-in. you will pay for your stay at the hotel. There is no charge, no fee to use our booking service for hotel reservations.
